## SaskTel alternatives
SaskTel alternatives in Saskatchewan are the other service the address check returns, and Starlink where infiNET and interNET are not the fit. This page does not add a second Saskatchewan provider price list.

## SaskTel outage, slow service, or a price increase
No SaskTel outage score is published here. The plans page shows new-customer intro prices that step up after 3 months, and separate 24-month contract prices. A deals page dated the 50% intro to the regular price as of March 9, 2026, and said the offer can end. This note does not pick one of those cards as the checkout price.

## Starlink vs SaskTel
Starlink vs SaskTel: with no location selected, infiNET 150 was $50 for the first 3 months then $100, up to 150 Mbps down and 75 Mbps up. infiNET 300 was $60 then $120, up to 300 down and 150 up. infiNET 1 Gig was $80 then $160, up to 940 down and 500 up. interNET 25, for places without infiNET, was $45 then $90, up to 25 down and 2 up. Starlink Residential 100 is $75 on the service-plans table. The 2-year contract rows on the same page were different numbers, including infiNET 300 at $75 for 24 months. Confirm which term the address is offered.
Checked 2026-10-19, confirm at starlink.com.
Residential 100 is $75, Residential 200 is $115, and Residential Max is $150 on the Canada service-plans list.

## Rural and town
infiNET is the fibre-to-the-home card. interNET is what the page lists where that fibre is not available yet. A Saskatchewan town name does not decide which one. Rural addresses outside both are the Starlink comparison.

## When SaskTel is the better choice
- infiNET or interNET is offered at the address.
- You want the fibre upload on an infiNET row, or the lower interNET intro where fibre is not offered.
- You do not want a dish, and the SaskTel check returns a plan.
