Checked 2026-10-19. A short map of options. It is not a rebate from Phoenix.

## Options
- If wired or fixed-wireless high-speed service reaches the address, start there. The provider’s own address check is the way to know.
- If it does not, satellite internet is often the remaining option. Low-earth-orbit service, including Starlink, is what the open provincial rebates below describe.
- A rebate is a reimbursement. You pay eligible costs up front. It is not free at checkout. Each province sets its own rules. Phoenix does not file claims.

## Province pages

- Alberta: /internet/alberta/starlink-setup-rebate
- Other provinces and territories: no Phoenix page yet. See the rebate table.

Nova Scotia is open on the Build Nova Scotia satellite rebate page. Alberta is open until March 31, 2027, on the Alberta Satellite Rebate Program page. Quebec’s official page says the Programme satellitaire subventionné (Starlink) ended March 31, 2026. Ontario’s Infrastructure Ontario page says that in March 2025 the province is no longer partnering with Starlink to deliver the Ontario Satellite Internet (ONSAT) program. For every other province and territory, no provincial satellite rebate page was found in this check. That is not a ruling that a local program cannot exist, and it is not a finding that any address qualifies.
